By accessing or using the services provided by Finan Consulting ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, products (Finan Apps, KriyaHub, KoorAI Pro), and consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Finan Consulting provides:

• EPM Solutions and Oracle EPM implementation
• Digital Transformation consulting
• CFO and Payroll Services
• Partner Services (SAP, Snowflake)
• SaaS Products: Finan Apps, KriyaHub, KoorAI Pro

3. User Accounts

For certain services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and products, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Finan Consulting and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services

• Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial data, technical information, and client data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finan Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Finan Consulting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For international clients, disputes may be resolved under the laws of their respective jurisdictions as agreed in individual service agreements.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you directly.
